The lane
A Trending alert means a token is ranking on the trending boards the desk follows.
Rose’s Wishing Well tracks Trending because moves show up there first. The desk then compares volume with liquidity, holder count and wallet spread before it treats a move as real.
In short: price and volume spikes are common on BNB Chain. Most fade within hours. Rose’s Wishing Well keeps the Trending feed open to measure how many do not.
First look: Divide 24-hour volume by liquidity. A very high ratio can mean churn between a few wallets. Look at how many distinct buyers joined during the move, not only the volume total.

Checked against the latest 48 alerts in the lane (about 17 hours): 19 passed. Those that passed had a median market cap of $55.4K, median liquidity of $21.6K and about 320 holders. 3 out of 48 alerts showed a pool smaller than a tenth of the cap — a warning sign on its own.
